Tom was patient, extremely knowledgeable about the builders and knew the area very well. We really appreciated him being flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings. He listened to my wife and I and helped us set realistic expectations in finding a home that met our needs. He even recommended lending agents, insurance companies, home inspectors, and termite inspectors in the area, which saved me lots of time and energy.

He was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text. Also important to me was the fact that he put absolutely no pressure on me and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental, manner. Moreover, he is highly attentive to detail and great at providing detailed feedback.
